FUNCTIONS
Low-Pressure Air Tightness Testing:
- Utilizes compressed air as a medium to apply a certain pressure inside the battery pack cavity, and high-sensitivity sensor is used to detect changes in pressure and determine its sealing.
Parameter Settings:
- Allows for the presetting of parameters such as workpiece number, volume, pressure, time for each stage, and leakage limit.
Process Visualization:
- Displays the work status of stages such as inflation, pressure stabilization, leakage, and exhaust in real-time.
Real Time Display of Leakage Amount
Detection History:
- Automatically saves history records and supports the display of detailed data via graphs.
